Hi, I’m Evan from Prof. Cooper’s class. Your blog is very short and should be a little bit more descriptive then what you gave. I understand your feelings towards it and understand why you’re saying that but I have to ask a few questions, to hopefully get you to write a bit more. Maybe you need to ask yourself what Sexton is saying, and where you read his article and what are his major points that he’s trying to get across. From the one sentences at the bottom you may want to elaborate. Give examples on why there’s all “bullshit” and why they need to “fill up channels”. Give examples of your own opinion on what people should watch and what you find more interesting. How is television forcing their ideas on people and why is education “unnecessary”? How can we stop it and what can we do? What I think you should do is flip through channels for a few minutes. Watch a bit a take notes on the Pros and Cons of what you’re watching. Then turn the TV off and try to write what you saw. What made you feel a certain way, and how you yourself can possibly fix it? Then re-read the questions given from your professor and try it again.
